1. Introduction

Welcome to LensAI, a business and technical analytics platform developed and operated by Smarty Labs FZ-LLC, a software company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Smarty Labs," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LensAI platform, including the website getlens.ai, associated APIs, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using LensAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

LensAI enables users to trace, track, and analyze the operation, status, and performance of software applications that use artificial intelligence ("AI agents"). The Service helps AI developers, teams, and enterprises analyze costs and performance of AI agents and LLMs, track utilization and margins, and manage business and operational efficiency.

LensAI works by proxying software calls made by AI agents to external tools, APIs, and data sources. By processing these calls, LensAI records and calculates metrics that help clients assess cost, utilization, and effectiveness.

3. Account Registration and Access

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise system security.

4. Data and Metrics Processing

Your AI agents' operational data, API calls, and performance metrics are processed through our proxy layer.
LensAI records, stores, and/or computes additional data to generate analytics and insights.
We use these data points to help you understand costs, optimize performance, and improve agent efficiency.
We may derive anonymized, aggregated metrics for service improvement and research purposes.
We never sell or share client data or metrics with third parties outside the LensAI ecosystem.

4A. Disclaimer on Cost and Predictability

AI agents that rely on large language models (LLMs), APIs, or other external tools can behave unpredictably in terms of usage, token consumption, latency, and resulting costs. LensAI provides visibility and analytical tools to help manage and understand these costs, but:

We do not guarantee that costs will be stable, fully predictable, or completely controllable.
We do not warrant that use of the Service will prevent unexpected budget increases or charges.
Any cost estimates or projections generated by LensAI are informational only and not financial guarantees.

You acknowledge that costs associated with third-party AI models, data services, and infrastructure may fluctuate independently of LensAI. Smarty Labs shall not be liable for any unexpected costs, budget overruns, or financial consequences resulting from AI agent operations, LLM behavior, or third-party system usage.

5. Fees and Payments

The Service may be subject to subscription fees or usage-based billing as published on our website at getlens.ai/pricing. Pricing details, billing cycles, and payment methods are provided online and may be updated periodically. By using LensAI, you agree to pay applicable fees according to your selected plan. We may adjust prices or plans with reasonable prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the LensAI platform, including software, algorithms, analytical models, and content, belong to or are licensed by Smarty Labs. You retain full ownership of your AI agent data and metrics. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your data solely for providing and improving the Service, developing aggregated analytics, and ensuring operational integrity and compliance.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service. Smarty Labs implements industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect client data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of performance or accuracy.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenues, or data.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your stored data and metrics; we may retain anonymized or aggregated data for research and analytical purposes per the Privacy Policy.
